Lots of our Hog Roast Cheveley customer’s return and some we now class as friends having done lots of bookings with them over the years and many people coming back. This happened at the weekend and a lady Maurine who has booked with us seven times to date!

“Any excuse to host a Hog Roast Cheveley” she always says. This time it was for a family party her grandson was visiting from Australia for the week and she wanted to give him a nice welcome. We arrived and as always we were given a cup of tea and chatted about what had been happening since we visited her last. We set up in our usual spot and set up and dressed the tables. We unloaded the machine and placed the brisket of beef on and set it to cook. Our machines are amazing and every time we use them we are still amazed at how well they cook the meat. The meat is always tender, succulent and cooked to perfection time and time again.

We were making the customers favourite our coleslaw, which she adores! Cucumber salad, Greek salad and garlic dip. We placed the wraps in baskets and placed at the side of the tables and all was looking good as the guest of honour arrived.

We were shocked at how he had grown as the last time we had seen him was 3 years ago and now a strapping 21 year old young man! He came over to us and chatted and said he always boasts to his friends down under about how amazing our Hog Roast Cheveley food is as he has sampled lots over the years. The beef cooked amazing and we sliced and served it piping hot guests placed it in the wraps adding salad and sauces and the day was all about the food! Maurine was in her element seeing her grandson and the other family members enjoyed the food too all commenting how tender the beef was.

We stayed and chatted for a good while after we finished and as we left Maurine said I will be ringing you again soon as its my Daughters birthday next month ‘Any excuse to host a Hog Roast Cheveley” her grandson piped up and the whole place fell about laughing!
