We cater for any occasion and any size from a small group of 30 guests to a large group of 7000! This week as always we have been very busy and we found ourselves in the mid week catering for a corporate event with Hog Roast Pondersbridge. A pig was ordered and beef too so we got there extra early and as usual we are very courteous and professional and meet and greet the host running through the menu then we are left to do our magic! To accompany the meat we prepare the potatoes to be slow roasted and set out the huge assortment of buns and rolls in all different shapes and sizes fresh soft bread and crisp crunchy baguettes to absorb the delicious meat. A trio of dressings were made and a dozen dips. We bring everything that is needed the pristine table linen placed on the tables food set out and quality table wear piled all ready for the guests to enjoy.

Our chef sharpens his knives and looked very impressive as he sliced the meats and our waiting staff all looking immaculate served guests as the mingle with one another. A chap asked for our card as he had a large event coming up to cater for 1000, we told him it wouldn’t be a problem at all. He commented on how professional the Hog Roast Pondersbridge spread looked. We make such an effort at each and every event and nothing gets over looked we always thrive for more and better and always coming up with new flavours for the meats and sauces. Hog roasting isn’t just our job it has become part of our lives, as we are so passionate in what we do.

As we left we were congratulated again by the host and said he would have pleasure in leaving us a good review and that made our day complete!
