Host a joint birthday celebration this February with catering from Hog Roast Marh

Alice and her sister Lauren were both born in March and are planning a joint birthday party to celebrate their 21st later this year. The party is going to take place at a function room in their home town in Cambridgeshire, with a DJ for the music, and 80 friends and family in attendance. Additionally, Hog Roast Marh has been hired to serve a Gourmet BBQ menu for the guests to enjoy. This menu will be a great addition to the event since it is a varied and delicious option that is perfect for enjoying at a party like this one.

On the day of the party, the Hog Roast Marh team is planning to arrive at the function room in the afternoon, which will give us plenty of time to prepare all of our dishes before the 8:00pm serving time. For the menu, we will be serving a variety of main dishes, including succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. Additionally, the menu will include a selection of tasty sides, including homemade chips, sweet potato fries, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a selection of fresh salad dishes. Overall, our menu has plenty of dishes to go around, allowing everyone to create their perfect meal from what we have to offer.
