We love to impress with a theatrical traditional Hog Roast Doddington hog roast centrepiece but we also love to do so with our alternatives as well, such as spit-roasted whole English lamb, English beef brisket or free-range turkeys or chickens, as well as meat-free options like vegan pulled jackfruit, which we think is a truly worthy opponent of our pulled pork! We can cater diets that are due to intolerances and allergies too, such as dairy-free or gluten-free, and in terms of the latter, we can easily make our famous pigs in buns suitable if you need; just let us know when you book and Bob’s your uncle.
For a feast of multiple courses, you could browse our menus and select your favourites if you prefer, such as a few handmade canapés, a starter or two, a main with some sides and then desserts to finish it all off perfectly. An example of this could be welcome appetisers of gourmet sausages, chicken skewers, an Indian selection, mini fish and chips and pan-seared beef fillet (and we could also serve refreshments), followed by starters of homemade soup with crusty rolls and smoked salmon with prawns and avocado, then a hog roast served buffet-style alongside mac and cheese, coleslaw and sweet potato fries, plus homemade cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding.
