Once you and your guests are seated, we serve the starter to the tables and this is where you’ll see the Italian part of the menu. We fill rustic-style boards with meats of parma ham and salami and cheeses including Parmigiano, Gorgonzola and Buffalo mozzarella, which you can enjoy together with focaccia, ciabatta, breadsticks, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Your hog roast is then served buffet-style, along with homemade trimmings, our tomato and mozzarella salad, seasonal leaves, gourmet coleslaw and your choice of roasties or buttered new potatoes, in addition to freshly-baked rolls and wraps.
