Freya is turning 18 this April and her parents have organised a lovely birthday celebration to mark the occasion. Freya is the last in her generation of cousins to turn 18, so the party is going to be bigger than ever since it feels like everyone has been waiting for so long to finally celebrate with her. This means that the party is set to include around 90 guests, with a DJ supplying the entertainment, a light-up dance floor for partying, a delicious buffet menu, and, of course, an incredibly well-stocked bar! For the catering, Hog Roast Linton has been hired to serve our delicious gourmet BBQ menu, which is perfect for family parties like this one. The menu includes a wide selection of dishes and has plenty for everyone to enjoy, making it a great addition to the evening.

In preparation for the birthday party, the Hog Roast Linton team is planning to arrive at the function room in the afternoon to ensure that we have plenty of time to prep before the 8:00pm serving time. Our menu will include plenty of main dishes to choose from, including succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. Additionally, we will be serving homemade chips, sweet potato fries, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobwebs, and a selection of fresh salad dishes. This will create a delicious and varied buffet menu, with enough to allow every guest to enjoy a delicious and hearty evening meal!
