Her dream is finally coming true this December when she ties the knot with her wonderful fiancé. The pair are getting married at a church and hosting a wonderful reception at a golf club with acres of incredible scenery to enjoy. Additionally, Hog Roast Peterborough has been hired to cater for the occasion, which will be sure to be a great addition to the big day. When the day of the wedding arrived, the Hog Roast Peterborough team got to the wonderful reception venue in the morning and began to prepare our tasty buffet menu. We began by slow-roasting the hog, which was set to be the star of the menu. The hog was expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we provided BBQ-pulled jackfruit for any meat-free guests. The mains were accompanied by homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a selection of fresh salad dishes. Overall, our menu was a big hit with the guests and was a great addition to the event. The Hog Roast Peterborough team had a great time catering for this lovely wedding reception and we wish only the best for the happy couple in the future!
